Order minimum and free shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders of $50 or more (before shipping and taxes). Orders must have a merchandise subtotal of at least $30 after discounts to qualify for shipping options. Available shipping methods and prices may vary depending on your delivery location and selected currency.
Processing and delivery
Processing time: 1–2 days.
United States: 5–12 days
International: 6–15 days, depending on destination
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. These windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, customs, carrier disruption, address problems, public holidays, and peak periods may affect delivery.
Order tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is added to the WooCommerce order and may be sent by email. You can also visit Order Tracking using the order ID and billing email address. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created.
Address changes
Check the recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email before placing an order. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment starts, and extra carrier costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where permitted by law.
Duties and taxes
For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees may apply unless checkout states that they are included. The customer may be responsible for amounts collected by the destination country or carrier.
Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels
If tracking does not update, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged, email support@loftkind.com with the order number. We may ask you to verify the address, check with household members or the carrier, and provide photos for a damage claim.
