These Terms & Conditions govern use of the LOFTKIND website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Using the store
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its security or operation, misuse accounts, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools in a disruptive manner, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, inclusions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen display, lighting, packaging updates, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may create minor differences that do not affect the product’s essential function. Safe product use
Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Use compression bags only with dry, soft goods. Keep the bags and packaging away from children, sharp items, liquids, food, and heat sources. Inspect the film, double seal, valve, cap, and pump before reuse.
Intellectual property
The LOFTKIND name, site content, layouts, photographs, graphics, and copy are owned by or licensed to the store operator. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission except where law allows.
Third-party services
